Mongolia, like other countries, has experienced both ups and downs in the course of history. Just over 50 years ago,
we didn’t even have the right to say the name of Genghis Khan, who created one of the most powerful empires
in the history. But since we have the right to mention his name, we have named everything after him. Airport, museum, city, university, alcohol, and other things.
I have sought the answer from nature science to explain how the Mongol Empire achieved such speed,
power, and organization, and I have tried to explain it with this piece.
Shamanism is considered one of the oldest spiritual practices of humankind. It involves the shaman
acting as an intermediary between the physical world
and the spiritual entities of nature - such as
the lords of the mountains and waters, sky spirits, and ancestral deities - through ancient
ritual communication. This tradition remains active today in Mongolia as well as in other parts of the world.
In Mongolian shamanic belief, some shamans are said to embody spirits inherited from both their paternal and maternal
lineages. The sixteen spirits portrayed in this work are those that descend upon a single shaman's body and consciousness,
representing both paternal and maternal ancestral deities. These spirits, guardians of nature and lineage,
manifest across time and space through a single human vessel. Their appearance may seem unbelievable - yet at times, strangely undeniable.
When I was 6-7 years old, I found a card with a picture of Son Goku from the anime Dragon Ball Z,
which sparkled in the sun. However, I had no idea about the purpose of the card or the character on it.
Because anime, manga, and animated films came to Mongolia very late, and they certainly didn’t exist when I was a child.
That’s how I started thinking about the card and the character in different ways. It gave me a feeling of flying
in the world of imagination. From this feeling, the idea of the key parameter painting came out.
The key parameter can be anything, I tried to give the viewers of the painting the freedom of my childhood to see it as what it is, to transform it into what it is.</image:caption>

The history of a nation is like the history of an individual, a journey of ups and downs that every nation goes through.
It is very interesting to see how geographical features change over time, and how preferences change accordingly.
Each character of the painting represents a country.
Ink and acrylic on Nepal papyrus.

All the characters depicted in the panel are real teenagers that I met, saw, or observed.
I knew them all in some way, and some of them went to the same school as me. These characters stood out in my memory for
their behavior, mannerisms, and actions that stood out from their peers. It is interesting to think about how their innate
personality was influenced by the times and society at that time. I compiled these mental notes and created this
series of 94 panels. The clothes, armor, and jewelries depicted in the paintings were inspired by archaeological finds.
In shamanism, it is said that 99 heavens descend first. They are said to have 33 heavens above them.
This series of paintings is a series of paintings in which I painted 33 Mongolian artists in the form of those 33 heavens.
The shaman's armor, clothing, tools, and necklaces depicted in the paintings are all thematically based on real
artifacts and historical photographs of the nomads who inhabited Central Asia, and I enriched some of the tools and objects with my own abstractions.
